Best Photography Spots 📸
1. Highland Park (Dağüstü Park) 🌅
Best Time: Sunset (Golden Hour)
What to Shoot:
- Panoramic view of the bay, Flame Towers, and city skyline.
- The Alley of Martyrs.
Tip: Arrive 30 min before sunset for the best light.
2. Flame Towers (From Below) 🔥
Best Time: Blue Hour (just after sunset)
Where to Stand:
- Seaside Boulevard (looking up).

Drone Photography 🚁
The Rules:
Drones are HEAVILY RESTRICTED in Azerbaijan.
- Permit Required: You need official permission from the State Civil Aviation Administration.
- Airport Confiscation: If you bring a drone without a permit, it will be confiscated at the airport and held until you leave.
- Fines: Flying without a permit can result in fines or arrest.
Recommendation: Do NOT bring a drone unless you are a professional with time to get permits (which can take weeks).
